I want to thank Jamie at the front desk at 1am getting my girl into a safe and perfect room. She took the time to explain all the amenities and breakfast and really cares. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.

Never even stayed ~ Rating is for service alone: Had to cancel a booking last minute due to scheduling issues. Bernardo at the front was so incredibly kind, considerate, and helpful. The assistance provided has added this location to my favourited hotel listings.

This place is a very peaceful place for you to rest as a tired traveler weary from your journey or long trip. The rooms are beautiful, there are no roaches at all, and the front desk customer service agents are awesome. They will pick you up from the airport if you want them to, give you a free breakfast and clean your room every day. They are simply the best. God bless you more and more for everything you did for us and do for others every day.

Very clean & cost effective option. Much better than some others on the chain. Very good breakfast.

This is our preferred hotel in the area. Good location with shopping and restaurants, and a short walk gets you to a walking path that connects local parks. The front desk and the staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The big issue is the plumbing. Sinks and tubs don't drain, water won't shut off in the tub, and this last visit we couldn't get hot water in the shower. It's time to hire a good plumber.

Nice hotel in a nice area and close to freeway. Friendly staff. Good value, nice view of the mountains, plenty of options to eat within walking distance. Clean rooms. Maybe upgrade to soft-close doors on the rooms to prevent doors from slamming?

We just flew in to Los Angeles today from Australia. We were exhausted. We hadn’t slept for 2 days. We checked in with a lovely gentleman named Alex. Check-in was prompt and friendly and we headed up to our room to sleep for a few hours to Climatize to the time zone difference. When we woke we realised that we had bags missing from our recent shop at Bass pro shop. I went to the lobby and there they were, Alex had watched them for us for hours!! Keeping them safe! Cannot praise Alex enough!! Nobody likes to lose hard earned money and our shopping trip was a splurge for us. Thank you again Alex Our room (415) is clean, comfortable and I feel priced right! Our aircon doesn’t rattle and has a nice hum which I appreciate to block our other noises. The shower is amazing with great pressure which my shower connoisseur husband noted. I Would stay again being close to food and snacking places within walking and short driving distance. On a sidenote if you head down to liquor paradise it’s this little tiny hole in the wall but when you walk in you soon learn it’s one of the oldest buildings in the area. It’s like 80 years old with a vast amount of alcohol selection but also a little bit of history there too if you’d like history which I love. The owner gave me a little run down.

Safe atmosphere, super friendly service, clean rooms, reasonable rates. I've always only had great experiences here. Michelle's friendliness, one of the front desk coordinators, is also a reason we only book there. I appreciate the human connection when offering a business my loyalty.
